Where is the villa?
We are located in Italy’s central region of Tuscany.
-15 minutes outside of the walled city of Lucca.
-30 minutes northeast of Pisa.
-35 minutes east of the Italian Riviera.
-45 minutes west of Florence.
-4 hours northwest of Rome.
how do you get there?
Flying into Pisa or Florence and then driving 30-45 minutes to the villa.
Training, via the Lucca station, then driving 15 minutes to the villa.

do you rent the whole villa or can you rent single rooms?
The villa is rented out to one group at a time. This way, guests can enjoy the entire property in privacy.
when is the best time of year to visit?
The villa is available for rental year-round! Our most popular times are May-September, but there are fun and exciting activities throughout the year.
do i need to know italian?
Many of the locals speak English, and our staff and 24/7 concierge are here to help you make the most of your stay! We can help with booking excursions, restaurant reservations, and any other requests.
what is there to do at the villa and in Lucca?
There is something for everyone to enjoy!
Villa activities: cooking classes, wine and cheese tastings, olive oil tastings, hiking, biking, yoga, swimming, lawn games, walks in the gardens, spa services, library with books of various languages, board games.
Lucca activities: tours of the historic walled city, bike ride along the wall, visit the home of Puccini, visit the Duomo and cathedrals, tour the city’s many towers and climb to the top of the famous Guinigi Tower with live trees on top! Shopping for anything from souvenirs to luxury goods, enjoy the famous Lucca antique market every third weekend of the month.
